Loss Mitigation Specialist

This role serves as the Single Point of Contact for borrowers throughout the loss mitigation and foreclosure processes, managing delinquent mortgage accounts from package collection through decision and closing. The specialist handles inbound and outbound calls to investigate loss mitigation options, explain approval or decline terms, and communicate liquidation options while ensuring strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The position requires maintaining detailed account documentation and adhering to internal control standards and regulatory policies.
