This role serves as the primary guest liaison for Select Guests, fostering personal relationships and acting as their dedicated advocate throughout their stay. The team member creates memorable experiences by resolving concerns, arranging amenities, and conducting guestroom inspections to ensure high satisfaction. Additionally, they promote the loyalty program, train associates, and maintain detailed reader files for VIPs and upcoming events.
