The Loyalty Member Engagement Manager for Target’s Pricing & Promotion Center of Excellence leads the delivery of the Target Circle guest engagement strategy, including offers, content, rewards and experiences. The role partners with Loyalty, Data Sciences, Merchants, Marketing and Finance to develop and execute personalized engagement plans that meet guest expectations and sales forecasts.
