Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician works as part of a team to ensure the property is maintained in the best physical condition possible and that all resident service requests are completed in a timely manner. This role involves performing minor property maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and coordinating with vendors or outside contractors. The position requires responding to after-hours emergencies and assisting with janitorial duties to support the property's physical condition.
