The Head of Account Management Associates (EMEA) leads and scales a regional team that supports Travel & Expense Account Managers and programme administrators across key European markets. This role is responsible for building a high-performing feeder organisation into Account Management, defining career progression and training, and ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency. The leader partners cross-functionally to drive adoption, reduce churn risk, and improve processes and tooling for scalability.
