About this role
The Manager, Antibody Characterization will lead the antibody characterization function within Twist Bioscience's Operations team, building new product lines while ensuring high-quality delivery to internal and external customers. The role drives operational rigor, quality compliance, and strategic process improvements, and collaborates across global teams. This position is based onsite in Wilsonville, Oregon and supports production planning, KPI tracking, and product line development.
