About this role
This leadership role at GM Canada will lead the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) function across vehicle and non-vehicle brands to shape the future customer experience. The position focuses on building a cohesive, data-driven CLM strategy that supports personalized experiences across the entire customer journey. The role partners with Brand, Retail, Digital, and global teams and reports to the Head of Digital & Customer Engagement.
