The Manager, Enterprise Analytics leads the Enterprise Analytics and Health Information Management portfolio at Southlake Health, driving strategic initiatives in advanced analytics, population health management, and data governance. This role involves building data infrastructure, fostering organizational data literacy, and partnering with clinical and executive leaders to enable evidence-informed decision-making and improve care outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Enterprise Analytics Roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
Lead the advancement of enterprise analytics capabilities across the descriptive to prescriptive continuum
Shape enterprise-wide data governance frameworks for secure and high-quality data management
Champion innovation through the adoption of artificial intelligence and machine learning
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary Enterprise Analytics team
