The Global Onboarding Program Manager at Cloudflare leads the development, execution, and optimization of company-wide onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and engaging new-hire experience from offer acceptance through the first year. This role partners cross-functionally with Recruiting, Places, HR, L&D, IT, and Security and focuses on embedding security and identity verification processes into the new hire journey. The manager will shape the company’s first impressions for employees and drive global consistency while supporting regional needs.
