Manager, Guest Experience

The Manager of Guest Experience serves as the Manager on Duty during events, overseeing front‑line staff and venue operations to ensure a safe, secure, and exceptional guest experience. The role also supports day‑to‑day department functions such as payroll, training, lost and found, and facility tours, while collaborating with security, first aid, and other internal partners.
