Manager, Inside Sales

The Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for executing top-of-funnel lead generation through outbound and inbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and delivering qualified opportunities to the Business Development team. This hands-on role involves running multi-touch campaigns, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies. The position serves as an entry point into the inside sales function with a growth path toward a Director-level remit as the team scales.
