About this role

The Manager, LV Technical Product Management position will have ownership of IEM’s low voltage product lines including LV panelboards, LV switchboards, LV switchgear, LV ATS, etc. The position is responsible for building, developing, and managing a team of Technical Product Managers/Product Owners focused on full Product Lifecycle Management of Low Voltage Power Distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

Build a department with POCs and SMEs for low voltage products
Hire and onboarding new staff while upskilling and training existing personnel
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Engineering
Align product strategy for low voltage product offers
Align technical product management resources with prioritized assignments

Skills

Qualifications

BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering5 years’ experience in power distribution equipment or related industry2 years’ experience in leadership or supervisory role
