About this role

The Manager of Personalization leads the team responsible for 7‑Eleven’s personalization and decisioning capabilities within Marketing Technology. This role oversees the delivery, operation, and consolidation of personalization APIs, decisioning, and experimentation across multiple channels, partnering with data science, product, and architecture to build an omnichannel decisioning platform.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the personalization and decisioning team
Own the personalization roadmap and consolidate API/gateway and experimentation
Define model, rule, and business goal consumption across all channels
Establish validated production inventory and change management processes
Partner with data science and product to evaluate models and set business goals
