The Manager of Product Support leads the day-to-day operations of DroneDeploy’s global frontline support organization. This role is responsible for managing team performance and development while ensuring a high-quality, enterprise-ready support experience. It also drives modernization of support through AI-powered tools, expanded channels, and data-driven decision-making. The manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer insights into product and process improvements.
