About this role
The Manager, Renewals at GitLab leads the Renewals function responsible for protecting and growing the company’s recurring revenue through ownership of contract renewals and upgrades. The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Renewals and partners closely with regional Sales and Customer Success leaders. It includes hiring and developing Renewal Managers and contributing to renewals playbooks, forecasting, and strategy in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
