Manager, Sales Development

The Manager, Sales Development leads a team of SDRs in cross-functional pods with Business Development Managers across EMEA countries to generate pipeline velocity and drive revenue-generating prospecting activities. This role focuses on building a strategic commercial operation with outcome-focused prospecting, coaching the team on messaging and objection handling, and optimizing campaign performance. The position reports to the Head of Sales EMEA and is responsible for defining prospecting workflows, ensuring CRM consistency, and driving qualification standards to support BDM productivity.
