Mass & Youth Advisor

This role involves responding to inbound calls for Ahlan prepaid and Demagh Tanya segments, providing high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. The position requires assisting customers with inquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling company products and services. The role also includes following established processes to meet service level agreements and first call resolution targets.
