CenterPlace Health
This position is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument, including the Minimum Data Set and Care Plan Assessments, in compliance with state and federal regulations. The role involves participating as a member of the facility's Interdisciplinary Team to manage patients receiving skilled services. Additional nursing duties may be assigned as needed.
