Meat Processor

Under the direction of a Plant Manager, this role prepares and seasons meat while utilizing wood-burning pits and rotisserie smokers to smoke high-quality meats. The position requires maintaining strict time and temperature standards, managing fire boxes, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pit area. The ideal candidate will have a Food Handler Certificate and prior BBQ cooking experience.
