Mechanic II

This full-time position involves performing semi-skilled, skilled, and administrative work to maintain the vehicles and mechanical equipment of the department. The role requires operating diagnostic instruments and tools to test, service, and repair various systems, including brakes, engines, and transmissions. The incumbent also plans preventive maintenance schedules, develops shop procedures, and provides emergency field assistance as needed.
