Membership Development Specialist

This position is responsible for executing effective recruiting strategies to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouts through a variety of school events, community events, and other unique organizations. The role involves following up with potential members to help them get connected to existing troops or start new ones, while working with a dynamic team to create strategy and execute member development. This position requires significant travel throughout Spokane and Stevens County, along with some weekend and evening hours.
