Volunteer Support Specialist

This position provides volunteer support to troop leaders in Northern Idaho, focusing on logistical assistance for starting new troops and coaching ongoing troops with resources and ideas. The role involves supporting regional volunteer leadership teams with event planning and requires significant travel throughout the Tri Cities and Walla Walla regions. The position also includes mentoring adult volunteers and Service Unit leadership to ensure effective program delivery and membership growth.
