The Membership Manager at The Maritime Aquarium leads the design and execution of the Aquarium’s membership program to grow the membership base and increase member satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the role supports strategic planning, performance tracking, and cross‑department collaboration to meet annual goals. The position is hybrid, requiring four days in the office and one remote day per week.
