An Earn As You Learn Tech is a nursing student placement for individuals enrolled in an accredited LPN or RN nursing program to complete their senior practicum at a Mercy hospital. The role provides supervised, hands-on clinical experience to apply classroom learning in real patient care settings and is offered as a voluntary educational opportunity rather than employment. Participants receive a one-time $2,000 stipend upon completion and structured support from Mercy leadership throughout the practicum.
