About this role
The Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) provides short-term, on-demand non-medical behavioral health counseling and support to military service members, their families, children, and youth under the MFLC program. ARCs cover surge events, summer camps, school assignments, and backfills at military installations, delivering assessments, brief counseling, consultations, trainings, and referrals with minimal supervision. Assignments may vary in length and require travel across installation locations and adherence to site-specific requirements.
