Terminal is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth for mid-market and enterprise accounts in the logistics and supply chain sector. This quality-over-volume role involves running multi-channel outbound prospecting, qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, and managing the pipeline to set qualified meetings for Account Executives. Candidates must be technically curious, comfortable with AI tools, and possess prior B2B SDR experience with a track record of hitting quotas.

Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting sequences for targeted mid-market and enterprise accounts
Qualify and nurture inbound leads based on intent, fit, and BANT criteria
Research accounts and craft personalized messaging for deep buying group engagement
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives while maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM
Collaborate weekly with AEs to analyze lead quality ratings and refine targeting strategies
