About this role

Cobalt is seeking a BDR Manager to lead a distributed team of Business Development Representatives across North America and EMEA. This player-coach role focuses on managing outbound execution, coaching reps on strategic prospecting, and optimizing the AI SDR engine for inbound lead qualification. The ideal candidate will partner with Marketing and Sales to drive SQO generation while building high-performance team cultures and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of outbound BDRs
Own outbound execution and drive improvements to messaging and sequencing
Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate campaign priorities into execution
Optimize the AI SDR engine for inbound lead qualification and handoff
Set quotas, manage activity metrics, and hold reps accountable to outcomes
