Mobilisation Coordinator

This role involves coordinating the onboarding and mobilisation of new employees to project sites, ensuring compliance with documentation and client access processes. The position requires managing pre-employment medicals, scheduling inductions, processing site flights, and maintaining confidential employee records. It is a 12-month fixed-term position based at the head office in Welshpool with weekend coverage required once every four weeks.
