About this role

The MRELA Manager will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of monitoring, evaluation, learning and adaptation systems for Mercy Corps' FCDO‑funded Border Security Programme in East Africa. The role ensures high‑quality data collection, analysis, and reporting, supports evidence‑based decision‑making, and builds capacity among partners and the internal team.

Develop and manage the programme learning agenda and knowledge management

Skills

Qualifications
