Last Mile Health
The Technical Assistance Evaluator will join Last Mile Health’s Africa Frontline First Initiative to lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for a multi‑country evaluation of technical assistance efforts. Working remotely across Europe and Africa time zones, the consultant will conduct desk reviews, design and administer surveys, carry out key informant interviews and focus groups in selected Anglophone and Francophone countries, and contribute to the final evaluation report and dissemination materials.
Last Mile Health is a global nonprofit that aims to ensure no patient is out of reach by building, training, and supporting community health worker programs to deliver primary care in remote and underserved communities. They partner with governments and health systems to design, implement, and scale evidence-based CHW programs, combining workforce training, digital tools, operational support, and research. Through implementation, research, and policy advocacy, Last Mile Health helps countries finance and institutionalize community health workforces so services can be sustained at national scale.
