About this role
An NCSS internship that immerses students in Singapore’s social service sector, providing structured exposure to sector development, research methods, and stakeholder engagement. Interns learn from experienced professionals, participate in cross-divisional rotations, and synthesize learning through a final reflective presentation. The role is hosted within NCSS’s HR team and offers hands-on exposure to HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and digitalisation efforts.
