Network Operations Support Engineer

This role provides first-line monitoring, triage, and operational support for enterprise campus, branch, and data-center LAN switches to ensure a stable and observable network service. The position involves 24x7 rotational operations, utilizing approved tools to monitor switch availability and perform L1 diagnostics for various network issues. The engineer is responsible for executing standard service requests, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting pre- and post-change checks for network migrations and deployments.
