About this role
A 24-month Medical Surgical to Critical Care Fellowship for new graduate Registered Nurses designed to develop competency and transition fellows into ICU staff nurse roles. The program includes rotations on med/telemetry, progressive care, and ICU units and is open to all new graduates. This is a .9 FTE position (36 hours/week) with benefits, relocation support, and eligibility for a student loan repayment program.
