About this role
FastSpring is hiring a part-time Office & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the primary onsite presence at its Santa Barbara headquarters, supporting daily office operations and coordinating team meals, visits, and occasional administrative tasks. The role reports to the CFO and partners with Finance, People & Culture, and the Executive team. This position is scheduled for up to 15 hours per week, is not intended to become full-time, and may include occasional remote work for light administrative duties.
