About this role

The Office Coordinator on Klaviyo’s Global Real Estate Operations team will support the Boston Hub by enabling excellent in-office experiences and maintaining an efficient, welcoming workplace. The role reports to the Manager of Office Operations and Facilities, partners cross-functionally (IT, People, Employee Experience, etc.), and contributes to onboarding, site safety, and facilities programs. This position helps ensure smooth daily operations and supports the company culture and hybrid work initiatives.
