About this role

The Office Manager oversees day-to-day operations of Scality’s Paris office, ensuring a well-run and welcoming environment for around 100 employees. The role supports employees and executives globally with logistics, coordination, and administrative tasks. It is highly cross-functional, touching many parts of the company and contributing directly to culture and employee experience. The position is based on-site in Paris within the G&A organization and reports to the Chief of Staff and People Operations.
