The Office Manager will own the physical and operational foundation of Hark's San Jose office, ensuring the space is well-stocked, clean, and functional while supporting leadership, People Ops, and Finance. This high‑ownership role manages budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, travel coordination, new‑hire onboarding, and event planning to keep the office running smoothly.
