About this role

The Head of Integrated Testing leads the Operational Resilience Department's testing function, designing and executing unified strategies to validate the bank's ability to recover from disruptions. This role oversees disaster recovery exercises, crisis simulations, and third-party testing while managing a team and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks. The position involves significant stakeholder engagement, governance, and the deployment of tools to drive continuous improvement in operational resilience.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Integrated Testing strategy within the Operational Resilience program
Design and operate a testing-as-a-service delivery model with clear service level agreements
Lead the Disaster Recovery Testing Program including data center loss and cyber recovery exercises
Build and lead the Integrated Testing team by defining roles and recruiting talent
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and internal audit on testing matters
