Cofoco
Cofoco is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to oversee culinary quality, development, and operations across its restaurant group. The role involves collaborating with Head Chefs and the executive team to ensure high culinary standards, manage kitchen finances, and drive operational efficiency. This hands-on position requires a leader who can balance strategic oversight with active participation in daily kitchen service.
Copenhagen Food Collective (COFOCO) is a Copenhagen-based restaurant and hospitality group founded in 2004 that operates a large portfolio of distinct restaurant concepts — including Høst, Llama, Olise, Delphine, Donna, Vækst, Les Trois Cochons, Oysters & Grill, Spuntino, Scarpetta, Vespa, Jah Izakaya & Sake Bar, Corsa, Coco Café and others — spanning Nordic, Italian, French, Mediterranean, South American and Japanese cuisines. Beyond restaurants, COFOCO operates two boutique hotels (Coco Hotel and Bella Grande) and offers gift cards, group dining, and event services. The group is also committed to sustainability, having built a six-hectare solar park that produces more energy than it consumes.
