Operations Associate

This Hong Kong–based role at Markato focuses on supporting end-to-end marketplace operations across orders, logistics, and warehousing for a fast-growing B2B wholesale platform in APAC. The position helps ensure efficient delivery and high service levels for both buyers and sellers while maintaining accurate operational data. It also contributes to improving customer experience and internal processes through feedback analysis and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
