About this role
The Background Screening Specialist processes, researches and adjudicates pre-employment background screening cases for new hires across the region. The role supports internal partners (Recruiting, HRPS, Hiring Managers, Legal) and external clients (new hires and background vendors), ensuring compliance and timely case resolution. The position also maintains case records and metrics in the imaging records management system.
