Organizing Manager – Saint Paul, MN

The Organizing Manager leads and supports grassroots organizing and advocacy efforts across Minnesota, supervising staff and interns, developing organizing plans, and building volunteer and community engagement strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Public Affairs, the role collaborates with the Public Affairs team to strengthen community relationships, execute advocacy and electoral activities, and track outcomes to advance the organization’s mission.
