Outreach Coordinator I

The Outreach Coordinator I is responsible for designing and executing school, community, and street outreach efforts, as well as providing in-reach services at the Drop-In Center. This role involves conducting crisis assessments, delivering short-term interventions, and managing cases to connect youth with internal and external support services. The position also focuses on supporting young people in navigating housing situations and accessing essential community resources.
