Outreach Worker

The Outreach Worker role involves providing intensive support and care to young people at risk of becoming looked after or returning home from care, working within the Stronger Families Team. The position focuses on establishing strong relationships with families to address barriers, manage complex caseloads, and prevent volatile situations. This county-wide outreach role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to best meet the needs of the families served.
