Outside Loan Originator

The Outside Loan Originator provides residential mortgage loans to borrowers looking to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage and generates leads to increase production. This role involves working greater than 50% of the time away from the office to engage in the sale of mortgage loan products and services. The position requires establishing relationships with realtors, builders, and title companies to expand business through marketing campaigns and community education seminars.
