Outside Sales Manager

The Outside Sales Manager leads and develops a team of Business Development Representatives to identify and grow targeted vertical markets across the Metro Atlanta area. This role establishes sales strategies, manages team performance, and ensures the achievement of revenue, gross margin, and customer acquisition targets. Success is measured by team performance, pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and employee development.
