The Overnight Staff member at Chrysalis House provides 10 pm‑8 am coverage Thursday through Sunday, ensuring the safety and well‑being of pregnant or parenting runaway and homeless young women ages 16‑21. The role involves health and safety checks, emergency response, curfew monitoring, and fostering a supportive, trauma‑informed environment.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
