This role is a learning consulting position focused on designing and executing partner performance programs for Udemy’s Partner community in North America or EMEA. The person will work with Global Partner Leaders and Regional GTM VPs to create strategic, data-driven learning initiatives that drive partner productivity, adoption, and measurable business impact. The role liaises across global enablement, partnerships, and cross-functional teams and emphasizes performance measurement and continuous improvement. It requires experience engaging executives and translating strategy into high-impact programs.
