Pastry Chef

This role is responsible for the effective daily operations of the pastry department, including employee development, financial management, and facilities management. The position involves creating, implementing, and managing the pastry menu while ensuring compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards. The Pastry Chef will manage staff activities, interact with vendors, and collaborate closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to deliver high-quality desserts.
