Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will lead the pastry and dessert operations for the club's culinary program, designing and producing a wide range of desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods for daily service and special events. This role involves developing seasonal menus, collaborating with the culinary team on banquet planning, and managing all aspects of pastry production including inventory and cost control. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniques to an upscale, member-focused environment.
